COMMUNITY EUROPEAN AWARD With the unique purpose of making known the ROS system, the EUROPEAN ROS CLUB, organized of Permanent European Community Award DATE: Will be valid all contacts from the 1st of January of 2012. SCOPE: All stations in the world in possession of the license of Amateur Radio and SWL. BANDS: 2, 6, 10, 12, 15, 17, 20, 30, 40, 80, and 160 meters, only way ROS. AWARD: To get the diploma will be necessary to contact with all countries that formed the European Community that are the following ones: If you do not have Internet may request a diploma by post enclosing 5€ for european stations or 10$ for the rest of countries, for printing and mailing costs. LOGS: All logs must be send indicating contacted station, date, time, frequency to email diplomas@europeanrosclub.com once checked the log will be send the diploma to the minimum of delay possible to the participant requesting the same medium.

Con el único propósito de dar a conocer el sistema ROS, el EUROPEAN ROS CLUB, organiza el Diploma Permanente Comunidad Europea. FECHA: Serán válidos todos los contactos desde el 1 de enero de 2012. ÁMBITO: Todas las estaciones en el mundo en posesión de la licencia de radioaficionado y SWL. BANDAS: 2, 6, 10, 12, 15, 17, 20, 30, 40, 80, y 160 metros, sólo en modo ROS. DIPLOMA: Para conseguir el diploma será necesario contactar con todos los países que conforman la Comunidad Europea que son los siguientes: Si no dispone de correo electrónico puede solicitar el diploma por correo ordinario enviando 5€ estaciones europeas o 10$ estaciones del resto del mundo para gastos de impresión y envío. LOGS: Las listas deberán ser enviadas, en formato Adif o Cabrillo, indicando la estación contactada, fecha, hora y frecuencia a diplomas@europeanrosclub.com una vez comprobado el registro se les enviará el diploma a la mayor brevedad posible a los participantes que lo soliciten por el mismo medio. Estas bases no son definitivas y pueden ser modificadas en cualquier momento por el organizador del diploma, siempre que existan motivos para ello. Las decisiones que adopte el organizador del diploma para el correcto funcionamiento del mismo, deberán ser acatadas por todos los participantes.

In order to remember who went National Hero Juan Santamaría, the hams of Costa Rica and the ROS via e-mail to: EUROPEAN CLUB, calling on all amateur radio world to participate in this contest according to the following

With the purpose of giving to meet the new amateur radios and continue demonstrating to the veterans to the utility, easy handling and operation of ROS, the ROS EUROPEAN CLUB, summons the world of amateur radio, the ROS WEEKEND, a weekend exclusive for those interested can use ROS and share experiences. 1.- Date: from March 23 at 00:01 UTC until March 24 at 23:59 UTC. 2.- Call: CQ, CQ, ROS WEEKEND. 3.- The award can be requested by any radio amateur or SWL. 4.- To obtain the award will require 30 contacts. Only one QSO per band and day in all the contest (2 contacts weekend with same station). The use of the cluster is allowed, but not allowed self-advertising. 5.- The award will be awarded in ROS MODE. 6.- The application bands will be of 10, 15, 20, 40, 80 or 160 meters, and the only valid mode is the explained in section 5. 7.- Will be valid QSO with the same correspondent and can repeat band and day throughout the contest. The duplicates will not be valid. For credit a station must appear in at least ten lists. 8.- The lists must be submitted in ADIF format generated by the program itself, via email to: diplomas@europeanrosclub.com indicating in the subject "ROS Weekend". 9.- The award will be sent by e-mail in DIN A4 size in JPEG format. 10.- These RULES can be modified at any time by the organization of the award, if there are reasons for this.
